Yes, it is actually later than that, but my computer clock is constantly losing time. I do not know why it will not stay set properly--even when it is plugged in all of the time and not just turned off it never stays correct for long. I cannot wait for Windows to actually run its time search--it would be much too far from normalcy by that point.

I purposely set the clocks in my room ahead ten or 15 minutes. It keeps me on schedule (usually). However, it does backfire betimes, especially in the morning when my parents use it to get me out of bed before I'd like. :P

I've tried things like that, but except when I first wake up I can't shake the fact that the clocks are set wrong and that I actually have more time than they indicate. Also I can't set my watch forward or I'd drive myself crazy throughout the day converting the time...but I hear it works for some.

I've got a clock that consistently gains time, so I have this effect unintentionally. It's my alarm clock. As it continuously gains time, there's no way for me to be certain exactly how far ahead it is. If I consistently set it ahead, I'd always be refiguring the correct time in my head.
