A Pacific storm will soak the coast and blanket the mountains, forecasters say.
The Orange County RegisterA large storm is gaining strength over the Pacific and will drop 1.5 inches of rain on parts of Orange County this weekend and up to a foot of snow above the 5,000-foot level in local mountains, the National Weather Service says.
